Our Top 5 Stoner Activities
1. Yoga, Meditate, or Workout
2. Clean or Redesign
The human mind, unfortunately, is prone to get stuck in a rut on default mode. Rest assured that being stoned and stuck at home is an opportunity to look around and ask yourself, “Does this space best serve me?” When we give ourselves a little time and space to answer this question honestly, we find that some improvements can be made to the space surrounding us – time to consider the ideal furniture arrangement. Rearranging your furniture to suit your comfort, and while you’re at, maybe you’ll rethink your interior design altogether. There are no rules that say what you have in your home is permanent.
Why you are redecorating, why not summon your inner deep-cleaner and give your apartment or home a thorough cleaning. You’ll feel much better after cleaning everything.
Cleaning and redesigning your surroundings is a proven way of feeling refreshed and accomplished within while preventing autopilot from defining your space.
3. Teach Your Dog a New Trick
Is there really anything cooler than a dog that can do tricks? If you’re stuck at home stoned and looking for something to do with your doggo, why not teach him/her a new trick? With a little Pavlov know-how and tasty treats, anyone can teach their pup how to shake hands like a gentleman, rollover, or sit still.
4. Learn a New Skill
Maybe you lack the dog to teach something, and you’ve been considering a new hobby or skill. When stoned, bored, and stuck at home, it is an excellent opportunity to learn a new skill of your own.
Ever wanted to learn a guitar or become a painter or learn to cook? It’s never too late! A new hobby will be there for you with positivity and health. Being stoned and stuck at home is really an invitation to fill the void with something new that you’ve been thinking about but never started.
5. Have a Self-Care Day
Isn’t cannabis, after all, about holistic self-care? Why not double down on your self-care strategy by planning a day just for you? Maybe invite the spouse or significant other, perhaps not, because this self-care day is about what’s best for you. Awesome self-care day activities include anything from taking a bath, giving yourself a facial, doing your nails, stretching, or even taking a nap!
