A: Yes, we deliver! 😎

Select the "delivery" tab on our menu page and enter your address to get started. We currently deliver with a $0 fee!

A: To order online, simply click on the menu link, select the "pickup" or "delivery" tab, and then start shopping. 💻

A: Yes, we charge taxes but it is included in prices listed. What you see listed on our menu is what you pay!

A: The only item you will need is a non-expired government-issued photo ID. You do not need a medical marijuana prescription to shop at Strains unless you are between the ages of 18-20.

A: No, you do not need a prescription to shop at Strains Perris unless you are under the age of 21. If you are 18-20 years old you will need a prescription. We are a legal cannabis retailer and can sell to anyone over the age of 21.

A: Yes, we have a premium penny pre-roll for first time customers and patients! 🤩

A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount to seniors over the age of 65, and military/veterans with a valid ID card. 🇺🇸

A: We are cash only inside Strains, and we do have two ATM machines located inside for your convenience. 🏧💰

For delivery, our drivers accept cash, Zelle, and Apple Cash. 

A: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase any cannabis products for recreational and medical purposes. If you're between 18-20, a valid med card is required.

✖️ Please note that our inventory is currently changing and we update it as quickly as possible. We do apologize if we happen to sell out by the time you arrive, but our budtenders are always happy to find another product in the meantime!

A: Yes, you can shop at Strains Dispensary. We accept any USA–issued photo ID, as long as it is not expired. Customers from foreign countries must use their passport for identification.

A: While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we will make an exchange if a product is expired, defective, or faulty (i.e. leaking, not working, etc).

If there are other issues you have with the product, you will need to contact the company for an exchange authorization. We will not be able to make an exchange without direct authorization.

After you have received confirmation, please bring proof, and faulty product back to Strains, and we will gladly assist you.

We do not exchange open flower.

A: 28.5 grams of plant material or 8 grams of concentrated cannabis. See Cali Laws for more regulations and standards.

A: THC and CBD are both present in cannabis plants.

The short answer is that THC provides a “high” and is an intoxicant. CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning that it won’t provide a “high”, and is anti-inflammatory.

A: Yes, all vendors we carry are required to present certified lab reports on all merchandise to ensure that you are receiving only the best quality with no harmful components.
